About Cam
Recent graduate with a first class BA Guitar and Songwriting degree from BIMM University, I am active in the Brighton music scene and play with a wide variety of musicians, from folk-pop singer-songwriters to neo-soul acts. As I am very active in the creative side of the music industry, I am full of passion for my craft. This is a passion that I endeavour to pass on to every student I teach. As a professional I specialise in pop, funk, soul, blues, and neo-soul. "My lessons with Cam massively increased my confidence in playing and performing. Cam quickly adjusted to my learning style to make sure that I was learning in the best way possible for me. He quickly put realistic goals in place for my ability and worked towards these with each lesson. On top of this the lessons were genuinely enjoyable and there was a comfortable atmosphere. As a teacher, I have 4 years' experience including time spent at The Ipswich Guitar School and Go2 Music Academy in Eastbourne. My lessons are usually 1 hour long and I can (and have) taught all ages and all levels of playing. My teaching style is focused on finding the student's individual goals and creating a plan on how we can reach those goals in a manageable timeframe, whilst also maintaining a relaxing and fun atmosphere.
