About Ava
I am a Philosophy, Politics and Ethics graduate holding a first class honours degree. I have been tutoring and working in youth based roles on and off for 5 years. I have extensive experience working also with children and young people who may have special educational needs that may not be being adequately supported in classroom setting.

I offer tutoring in English and related humanities subjects such as history and politics. I am especially capable of tutoring philosophy as its own specific subject at both A level and Undergraduate degree level. I intend to create a collaborative feel to my lessons and encourage students to identify their own support areas and guide learning through this. Lessons will always be as interactive and creative as possible to account for different learning styles of individual students.

Details
Should students require tutoring at the higher level of A Level of Undergraduate Degree the hourly price will rise to £25 to reflect this. I will operate a 24 hour cancellation policy after which half the hourly rate will be charged for the booked lesson to reflect preparation time spent.
