I understand the challenges students face in securing graduate schemes within a highly competitive, candidate-rich job market with limited opportunities. I’ve been in your position, wondering if my degree alone would be enough to secure my desired graduate scheme and questioning whether pursuing a master’s degree was necessary. From my own experience, my dissertation was the key that unlocked the door to my dream graduate scheme. 1-hour sessions dedicated to developing research ideas, conducting literature review, understanding research philosophy and theoretical approaches, formulating research design, addressing access and ethics, selecting samples, collecting data, and performing data analysis. I also have specialist expertise in a novel but recognised qualitative data analysis technique. For two years I have been assisting students with dissertation guidance and career advice. I started tutoring my peers during my final year at university and have continued ever since. Additionally, with a year of experience as a financial services recruitment consultant, I have a comprehensive understanding of what hiring managers in the industry look for in graduates. My sessions are designed for final-year Business and Management Students seeking to enter the highly competitive financial services graduate market.
