About Billal
Hi, I’m Billal Ahmad, 27, and I work full-time as a Pension & Benefits Specialist at a major bank. Like many people working 9–5, I struggled for a long time to stay in shape while juggling work and life. It wasn’t easy — I faced setbacks, low energy, and a lot of trial and error. But through patience, consistency, and proper research, I transformed both my mindset and my physique. Now I help others do the same.
