About Max

I am a first-year undergraduate student at Durham University looking to build on my experience as an educator with private tutoring. In my free time, I like to listen to music and play sport with my friends. My passion is in exploring academia and sharing this with others.

About the lesson

Adaptable teaching to match student. Can focus on any element including reading, writing, speaking, listening, grammar, vocab, accent, confidence, etc.

Lessons will involve addressing main objectives, outlining step-by-step approach to achieve this and then achieving this. A typical process would involve explaining the theory, having the student confirm understanding, completing worksheets and interactive exercises, then a short quiz to confirm completion of objective. All lessons will touch on all areas of the language - speaking, listening, writing, reading - to ensure a comprehensive learning experience.

Capable of teaching any level up to GCSE.

Qualifications include A-level in French, GCSE (9) in French, safeguarding training and past experience in education.
