About Liv
I am a first-year Urban Planning and Development student at Cardiff University. The vast majority of my sixthform education was heavily impacted by Covid, and tutors were really helpful in helping me get the grades I needed. This is why I want to tutor others - to provide that help that I received.

I think it’s important that students understand why they are doing things, rather than just being taught to the exam. I aim to provide a level of teaching which wouldn’t be feasible in a standard classroom.
One hour sessions are typical, although I’m always happy do do longer - especially when exams are fast approaching! I’m very conscious of how concentration tends to drop off so I like to keep my lessons as interactive as possible.
I’m able to teach Sociology up to A-Level standard.
