About Dana
I am a fitness coach who has over 10 years of experience training individuals from all ages and fitness levels. I have a graduate degree in kinesiology and have a minor in Psychology. I have worked with high class athletes and individuals rehabbing from spinal cord injuries. I have a wide range of knowledge concerning individualized workout plans so I can help with your own individual goals!

I give individualized workout plans that will center around your own fitness goals. I work with each person on an individualized basis. I will give you all my attention so you can reach your goal. If you are not happy with your goal, I will do all I can to make sure you reach your goal without you failing.
