Hi, Im Kirsten and Im passionate about leading a lifestyle of movement, energy and dance. I like to meet my clients where they’re at on their fitness journey and help them reach their goals and have the body they desire.

Im a certified yoga instructor, dance facilitator and somatic bodyworker. I have a holistic and feminine approach to fitness. I use a flowing style of movement thats fun and creative. I raise the energy in my classes whilst allowing you to warmup and cool down with gentle yoga inspired stretches.
