About Martha-Anne

I started going to the gym in Grade 10 with all my guy friends in school as team sports never really interested me.

I started my journey of getting know my body as well as I possibly could in order to shape it and transform it into what I wanted it to be as I felt a deep need to nourish and look after my body as best as I can.
I tried various different exercise programs until I started experimenting with my own workouts and found something that works for my body.

Then in 2019, I decided to enroll myself at ETA College to study for my personal trainer qualification and received my certification in 2021 with a distinction.

About the lesson

I know that fitness can seem like an impossible task at first when you try and approach it, but I want to provide you with insight that will show you the simplicity behind it and how to make it a part of your daily lifestyle and not a once-in-a-blue-moon thing.

Working out is not only good for your body, but it is so important to your mental and emotional state too. It has been my release for the past 6 years.

I work with both beginners as well as those that have experience in exercise, but are looking for that extra push to get off the plateau they might feel they have hit.

I mainly do home-based workouts at the moment or can meet in public spaces such as parks or the beach.

I have some equipment available to bring along to sessions if you do not have any yourself.
