I am Tristen, a 22-year-old athlete. I specialize in boxing, weight training, coaching, and building leaders and a more positive generation. On the side, I would love to learn from others and connect with the community more as an overall view. On the side, I do music (hip hop), workout videos, and plan for the future while using exercise to keep me guided on the right paths.
