About Melisa
I am 27 years old and at the age of 13 I trained in kickboxing and fitness for 4 years. Afterwards, I turned to pilates and I am trying to improve myself in the field of pilates and personal sports training, having detailed knowledge at the university. I believe that you can easily achieve success by providing this sport or nutrition simply and regularly. With muscle flexibility and development, you can also stay away from pain, hunches and stress in your body. I have certificates in Pilates and muscle development and a 4-year education background in the faculty of sports sciences.
The most important thing is I Love this job.
