About Notha
After playing professional rugby I decided hang up my boots and pursue my career in fitness and nutrition. I have received tremendous success training my clients in person and online. I have produced All-American recognized athletes, worked with the best organizations, been invited to talks and events to speak about nutrition, performance and wellness. My goal is to help those who are needing not just a coach but a motivator and friend who will walk you through your journey to recreate the best version of yourself .

With my experience of coaching and being a professional athlete I've seen it all in the industry, I'm here to share all my knowledge, bust common myths and help get you to your results faster. I am a qualified personal trainer, nutritionist and certified strength and conditioning coach, I have been helping my clients and students exceed expectation and make them the best version they can be. My lessons are for fitness enthusiast ranging from all ages and experience.
I offer educational teachings on training and nutrition, diet plans, traing plans and live training sessions
