About Serdar
Sports was something I was always involved in at a young age, where I find my drive, identity and humility. Taekwondo and volleyball were where it all started for me. After joining the Army as a Commando, I evolved more towards Fitness. I have always felt pushed to evolve and tried my best to continuously learn, improve my skills and improve myself. What I want to achieve as a Coach is to support my clients in improving their relationships, careers and daily lives.

We start by analyzing your current situation. Your lifestyle, daily habits and your goal. Create a roadmap and plan. Start building better habits that support the process.
