About Rosaleen
Qualified in 1990, Started one of the first Personal Training Studios in Sydney, I've taught 100s of people from 12 years through to 80 years in large Gyms as well as my Studio, The Confidence in Them selves, that the People I've trained, has been the Highlight for me. I also have the added benefit of Experience from other Industries therefore Expanding my Knowledge as a Business Owner, Manager, Therapist, Customer Care (Qantas Flight Attendant) .

Details
I'm happy to Discuss rates with Clients. I also have a Group Training rate. Depending on the group size varying from $30 per person for 2 people through to $20 per person for 6 people. Each person will be trained according to their Individual Needs. It's not a Circuit or Boot Camp, it's like Personal one on one Training but in a Group.
