About BRIAN
i have been crazy about sport and fitness and living a healthy and balanced life for 50 odd years. i empower people and enable them to reach their goals because I love to see people grow and reach their own goals. my Ironman journey has taught me so many lessons which will benefit my students and i will always give my best because "I LIVE WHAT I LOVE AND LOVE WHAT I LIVE"

I listen very carefully to the words of my client and am guided by their goals. I then design the best program to suite their goals. The program must be realistic and must fit into their lifestyle all the while challenging them to move forward and achieve goals and see results. i am very flexible and can work with all kinds of people of any age group and gender. i will use all available technologies to fine tune the exercise program to ensure the best results.
