About Sanjay
I'm a doing Calisthenics since 2016. But I started Calisthenics training classes in 2019.
Many has got benefits from my training. I've helped many people to lose weight and gain strength.
I keep giving fitness tips through social media.
Right now I'm running two batches in Pune and few online personal training.

We provide calisthenics training from beginner to advance level. We use different method and progression to achieve your fitness goals.
We provide home workout training if one can't visit us.
We use natural way of fitness. We focus more on functional training, strength, flexibility, mobility and endurance.
We don't generally need any special equipment except pull-up bar, parallel bar, gymnastics rings, and resistance tubes.
We train in the following way:
Dynamic stretching or mobility as warm-up>> Skill training>> strength training>>flexibility or static stretching.
