About Sela

I am a passionate French tutor with over 8 years of experience teaching college students. My approach focuses on teaching French step by step, helping students understand concepts clearly and build confidence in using the language.

My teaching style is structured, patient, and student-focused. Grammar is explained clearly, and vocabulary is taught using real-life and academic examples. Lessons are tailored to the student’s level, goals, and pace.

I use innovative methods such as guided conversations, interactive exercises, role-plays, scenario-based learning, and listening tasks. These techniques help students practise speaking, reading, writing, and listening naturally.

I create a positive and supportive learning environment where students feel confident asking questions and learning from mistakes. Regular feedback helps students track progress and improve steadily.

My goal is to help college students achieve fluency, confidence, and lasting mastery of French.

About the lesson

My French teaching methodology is results-oriented, combining creativity, mentorship, critical thinking, and accountability. Lessons are interactive, practical, and engaging, using storytelling, role-plays, dialogues, and real-life examples to strengthen all language skills—speaking, listening, reading, and writing.

As a mentor, I guide students to analyse grammar, vocabulary, and sentence structures critically. Creativity is integrated into every lesson to make learning enjoyable, effective, and memorable.
