About Melody
With my lessons, I will focus on speaking. Not just vocabulary, but pronouncing them correctly, and using them in correct situations.
I grew up in both America and Japan between an American father and Japanese mother, and attended an all Japanese school when I was in America. I also loved books from a young age, whether it be English or Japanese, and that is where my grammar really grew for both languages.
Lessons will be held most times at a cafe.

Konnichiwa!
Is probably the most basic Japanese anyone would know.
Sure it is, but it is such a complex language. Whether it be speaking, listening, might I add the reading and writing is on a whole other level!
When learning English in Japan, they teach all the grammar and writing and reading, then listening and speaking. However this is mostly done by Japanese teachers, and listening and speaking has been left behind even though it’s one of the most important things in a language. That is why you will see many Japanese people struggling with the language, when they can actually fully understand the grammar.
