About Kate
With 6 years of ESL teaching experience, I have successfully guided 150–200 High School and College students towards academic growth and English proficiency. Teaching is my passion because I enjoy helping students build confidence and achieve their goals.
I focus on grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and speaking, making lessons interactive and easy to understand. A significant milestone in my career has been seeing students transform from hesitant learners into confident speakers who actively participate in class and improve their exam results.
I tailor my lessons according to each student’s needs and learning pace, creating a positive environment where students feel encouraged and motivated to succeed.

I teach ESL with a focus on confidence, practical use, and continuous improvement. Lessons are grounded in real-life examples and case studies—covering workplace situations, academic tasks, travel scenarios, and everyday interactions—to help students apply English in meaningful ways. Students engage in speaking, listening, reading, and writing exercises designed to strengthen skills and fluency.
Motivation is central to my approach; I encourage progress with achievable goals, constructive feedback, and consistent recognition of effort. When difficulties arise, I use problem-solving strategies to simplify grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation. Integrity is at the core of my teaching, and I ensure honesty, professionalism, and respect throughout each session.
Flexibility allows me to tailor lessons to individual learning styles and goals. In addition to ESL, I teach spoken English, academic writing, business communication, and grammar improvement.
