About Chiu Hon
I come from Hong Kong and am living in the UK. I learnt Japanese 20 years ago and I was using it every day in my full-time job when I was working in a Japanese company. I love Japanese culture and Japan is one of my favourite countries. I would like to teach Japanese to students who are also interested in Japanese culture. You will not only learn Japanese in my class but also learn some Japanese culture during the class.

Based on the needs of the students to tailor-made Japanese lessons for the students. The lessons are suitable for beginners or those with basic Japanese knowledge and welcome to students of any age. The lessons can be online or at a location near Brighton (around 30 mins travel). Duration of each class is 120 minutes and 1-2 times per week. Location of the classes and schedule can be discussed.

Deadly! I am a complete beginner to Japanese and language learning in general, the lesson was a great start to the journey being well structured and easy to understand, a great tutor and highly recommended!
Deadly! Ricky is a great teacher who can custom build lessons according to your needs and explain lots of the cultural context of the language. I'm really enjoying my lessons and would recommend him highly!
