About Marco
I am half Spanish, with a Spanish father and an Irish mother, and I have grown up with a strong connection to both languages and cultures. This has given me a natural understanding of Spanish and English and allows me to explain Spanish in a way that is clear and easy for English-speaking students to understand.
I am friendly, reliable and patient, and I aim to create a relaxed and supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and improving at their own pace. Whether you are studying Spanish for school, preparing for exams or simply want to improve your Spanish, I will tailor lessons to your individual goals and help you build your skills and confidence in the language.

My approach to tutoring is friendly, relaxed and adapted to each student and what they want to achieve. I can help with speaking and conversation, pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, reading and writing. For Junior Cycle and Leaving Cert students, I can also focus lessons on schoolwork, exam preparation and oral practice.
Lessons would typically last around one hour, although I am happy to adapt this depending on the student. My aim is to make Spanish easier to understand and give students the confidence to actually use the language rather than simply memorising it.
I am a fluent Spanish speaker and can help students of different ages and levels, whether they are studying Spanish in school, looking for extra support, or simply learning the language for themselves. I am patient, approachable and happy to tailor each lesson to the student's level, goals and preferred way of learning.
