About Charlotte
I knew I wanted to teach from a young age, with my mother being a teacher. I had a difficult time in school and have made it my goal to ensure more children feel supported in their learning unlike how I felt. After devoting all my spare time to volunteering in local primary schools and learning more about ways I can create an enriched environment for learning, I have had the opportunity to reflect on how I can improve set lessons and not apply the out-dated 'one size fits all approach.'

Hello! My name is Charlotte, I am 21 years old and I am a student teacher currently my third year studying Bachelor of Primary Education at Stranmillis University College. My specialism in Language and Literacy and I also have a Level 3 OCN in Working with Children and Young People with Special Educational Needs. I have been tutoring a range of children with learning difficulties for almost four years and can assist with tutoring, subject breakdown and homework help. During my lessons you should expect a lot of interactivity, support and fun ways not only learn but love literacy. I ensure to maintain a safe, judgement free zone with all of my students.
