About Maggie Rose

I studied Law at UCD while working part-time and sitting all eight FE1s — which I passed on my first attempt, during my undergrad. But it wasn’t always like that. School didn’t come easily to me. I struggled a lot with anxiety and self-doubt, and for a long time I felt like I just wasn’t capable of academic success. I didn’t know how to study, how to manage pressure, or where to start. Through trial and error, I developed the tools and techniques that helped me succeed — not just academically, but personally too. I learned how to study smart, manage my time, prepare strategically for exams, and keep my mental health in check. I’m proud of the results I achieved, but more than anything, I’m proud that I found a way to balance college, work, and life without burning out. Now I want to share what I’ve learned with other students — especially those who might be feeling overwhelmed, underconfident, or unsure where to begin. My goal isn’t just to help people get good grades (though we’ll absolutely aim for that); it’s to help students believe in themselves, build strong habits, and realize that they can do well without sacrificing their well-being. I want to help you! I believe in looking after your mental health and learning smarter study techniques for a more balanced approach to education.

About the lesson

Support from someone who has just been there and aced it! Struggling to balance it all between exams, assignments and FE1 prep? Or are you a new law student and feeling like you’re learning a whole other language?! I’ve been there – and I cracked the code. I got A’s in all my core law modules in UCD and passed all 8 FE1s first time, while doing my undergraduate degree. Now I’m offering online grinds to help you do the same. Whether you're tackling university law modules or gearing up for the FE1s, I’ll help you with exam technique, break down tricky topics, and get confident with real past paper questions. You'll get access to the exact notes, sample answers, and strategies I used – plus we’ll work through past papers together for both University and the FE1s so you’re never going in blind. For FE1 students: Focused exam technique and answer structure My sample answers, past papers, exam reports, and notes Step-by-step breakdown of how to tackle real questions Make tough topics feel manageable and doable For university law students: Tutorial prep that actually prepares you (and boosts your grades) Clear explanations of complex material Sample questions, notes, and mock exam support Classes are fully online, flexible, and one-to-one. I offer a free intro call to see what you need – after that, it’s €50/hour including all materials, corrections and support outside of class time. Let’s take the pressure off and get you results that reflect your potential. Message me to get started
