About Ayesha
I'm based in the UAE, and science has been the thread running through everything I've done — from earning a First-Class degree in Forensic Science to completing my Master's in Drug Discovery and Toxicology in the UK, to working alongside professionals at the Dubai Police Department of Criminology and Forensic Science.
I didn't take a straight academic path. Alongside my scientific career I've also been involved in my family's business, which taught me how to communicate across very different audiences — something that genuinely makes me a better tutor. I know how to read a room, adapt my explanation, and figure out quickly what's not clicking for a student.
What I enjoy most about tutoring is working with students who feel stuck — whether that's an A-level student who thinks chemistry is just not for them, or a postgraduate student staring at a blank thesis document not knowing where to start. That moment when something finally makes sense is what keeps me doing this.
Outside of science and tutoring, I'm someone who values depth over shortcuts — in work and in conversations. I bring that same approach to every session.

What I Teach
Secondary Level (IGCSE / A-Level / IB) - Biology, Chemistry, and applied Sciences — taught with clarity, real examples, and exam-focused strategies that actually get results.
Undergraduate Level - Forensic Science, Molecular Biology, Pharmacology, and Toxicology — with a focus on understanding, not just memorizing, along with research and thesis assistance.
Postgraduate & Research Support - Thesis writing, research methodology, statistical analysis, scientific writing, citation formatting, and academic paper preparation for MSc students.
How I Teach
I don't do one-size-fits-all lessons. Every session is built around where you are and where you need to be. Here's what that looks like in practice:
- I break down complex topics — like drug metabolism, DNA extraction, or molecular biology — into logical steps that actually make sense.
- I use real forensic case studies to build critical thinking, not just exam technique.
- For research students, I guide you through the full process: from structuring your thesis to getting your citations and appendix right.
- I use visual tools and digital resources to make abstract concepts stick.

For IGCSE, A-Level, IB, and undergraduate subject support.
Research & Thesis Intensive — 2 hours
For postgraduate students needing focused help with thesis writing, research papers, methodology, citations, or academic articles.
