About Me
Hello! I’m a former soloist with Birmingham Royal Ballet, where I spent 20 years performing globally in cities like New York, Tokyo, and Beijing. After graduating from The Royal Ballet School, I worked with renowned choreographers, performed an extensive repertoire, and choreographed for brands like Selfridges and Pandora UK.
Now a mother of two, I’ve transitioned into teaching, becoming a certified postural stability coach and yoga instructor. I’ve contributed to initiatives like the Dance to Health scheme, developed an aerial yoga program, and taught students worldwide through online coaching.
I combine my professional ballet experience with yoga expertise to offer tailored private lessons that improve technique, alignment, and overall well-being. Whether you’re exploring ballet or seeking the benefits of yoga, I’m here to support your journey.
