About Shannon
As a former Elementary School Teacher, I am familiar teaching English as a second language. I also specialized in Special Education and I am familiar teaching those with learning disabilities & Autism.
My favourite subjects to teach are English, History, and Elementary Math.
I am originally from Toronto, and have fallen in love with Montreal.
I love to learn myself and I am slowly learning French in my free time!
I love teaching and helping others, and I look forward to connecting with you!

Learning styles are as unique as you are, and it's important to understand how you learn first. This will allow us to implement the right methodology to teach you best.
A typical lesson will begin with a warm up, introduction of a subject, practice, and review. If needed, I can provide additional resources to support your learning outside of our classes.
Lessons are 1 hour over Zoom. Our first class, will include a mini assessment to identify your level and learning style.
In person can be negotiated, but will include an increase fee due to travel.
