Former NFL Player and Coach. I will get your athlete better from session to session.

Training was productive and fun. I definitely got better with every session. It also helped me get into Wake Forest.

I have worked with Sam when I was a teenager and now he trains my son. Good coach/man.

️️️️️Sam is an amazing trainer! He has been working with my son, and the improvement in his skills and confidence has been incredible. Sam is patient, motivating, and truly passionate about what he does. My son actually looks forward to training and highly recommends him. We are so grateful for his dedication and support!

Sam is an exceptional coach. He has both an incredible knowledge of football and a wonderful way of motivating athletes. My son has grown and improved a great deal through his coaching.

Coming from a person playing Power 4 D1 football at wake forest, Sam Garnes is hands down the best trainer around. He brought my technique from good to elite and his drills are personalized to each person to help them grow and achieve their goals. He films each session so you can get real time feedback and review on how to improve your game. He is also a great communicator and motivator. I couldn’t recommend him more to anyone looking to enhance their game. He is a total professional.

We loved training with Coach Garnes. We worked with him through another site and our son looked forward to each session. Hard work and fun.
