I believe in a "jump in" approach when it comes to a change in diet and physical habits. Human's are creatures of routine behaviour and it's very difficult for some of us to get out of damaging cycles. It's for this reason I believe the only truly effective method for bodybuilding and nutrition progression is to STOP what you're doing and allow me to help you attain a personal goal.
