After working in government and private recruitment for for over 10 years, I'm now enjoying working at a trade union.

Do you struggle with writing a resume or job application? Do you stare at a blank page, or an out of date CV, wishing you had the tools to fix it?
Do you want to set yourself up with an easy to use system that will make crafting any kind of job application document a breeze (and all without the use of AI??)
If you answered "Yes" to any of these questions, read on for how I can help.
OUR FIRST SESSION
- about 30-60 minutes (rounded down).
- you'll bring any existing CV or cover letter and any statement of claim you already have.
- we'll go over your recent work history (or school or volunteering).
- we'll discuss what you'd like to do next in your career.
- you'll go away with some homework (questions about you, your ethics, your efforts, your goals, your hobbies, etc).
OUR SECOND SESSION
- around 60-90 minutes (rounded down).
- with your completed homework, we'll brainstorm what belongs in your resume.
- we'll decide on a print layout, theme, and message.
- we can create multiple versions for different industries, though this may take longer.
- you'll walk away with a resume to be proud of.
OUR THIRD SESSION
- you'll come back for a quick tune up after applying for a job or two (30-60 mins, rounded down).
- we'll discuss techniques for keeping this improved CV maintained, and identify the ones that will be most effective for you.
People of all ages, experience, work history, or education level are welcome.
