About Adrielle
In my current role as a Procurement Coordinator, I oversee the sourcing, purchasing, and delivery of food and supplies for events and catering services. With over a year of experience, I leverage my Syspro proficiency to optimize inventory and ensure quality. I collaborate with stakeholders to negotiate contracts and resolve issues, maintaining strong supplier relationships.
Previously, as Founder and Director of a creative food business, I managed operations, led the team, and handled client interactions. I directed product creation, managed marketing efforts, and oversaw financial aspects such as invoicing and cash flow. Additionally, I generated reports and addressed day-to-day operational needs to ensure efficiency.
Prior to that, I served as a Finance Administrator at a leading hotel, where I managed month-end procedures, financial reports, and Sage operations. With a diploma in hospitality management and a PDBA from Wits Business School, I'm dedicated to adding value and driving efficiency in the food and events industry. My passion lies in applying my business administration skills to support business growth and success.

My approach is highly interactive, focusing on active participation and hands-on learning activities to reinforce concepts and enhance understanding. I believe in breaking down complex topics into smaller, more manageable parts to make them accessible and comprehensible for students of all levels.

Additionally, I provide regular progress assessments and feedback to track each student's development and adjust our lessons accordingly.
