I am extremely excited to write this brief about Phumza. Phumza and I worked collaboratively at Woolworths for more than 10years and I found her a conscientious and very hardworking professional. One of the main reasons that Phumza and I have been successful coworkers on almost every task is her ability to delve into details.

I would describe Phumza as a dedicated and enthusiastic individual who has a great penchant for meeting deadlines.

Pumza has excellent communication skills, she like sharing her knowledge and information but mostly she enjoys helping and seeing people grow academically . She has good ways of translating information which makes learning easier.

Phumza tutored my son who was performing very poor at school, with just a few lessons and time spent with my son his results improved in no time and now he is an A student. Her patience and love for kids makes it even better, she has a way of understanding a child’s character and challenges and she finds a way of applying ways that motivate the child to not only be confident but understand what she is teaching. I recommend her not only cause of my son but more children needs to be exposed to tutors like her who not only have passion for what they do but who take pride in seeing kids reach their full potential.
