About Lesya
I have a psychology certificate and years of experience – not only learning, but living everything I share. I studied dance therapy in Bali, worked as a psychology assistant, and completed many courses in embodiment and healing. I was once a shy girl with a frozen body. Through movement, I became a confident woman and even worked as a model. I built my dream life using these tools – and now I guide other women to do the same. Many of my clients come with pain they’ve carried for years. After just one session, they finally find the root, release it, and their body starts to move freely again – soft, confident, and alive.
