About Odette
I am a bilingual educator with a master’s degree in bilingual literature ( French and English) and an Educational Specialist degree in Curriculum and Instruction.
I have many years of experience in teaching French /English in secondary schools, nursing school and French magnet schools.
I have also held the position of director at Learn A Language Institute (in Cameroon ) for 6 years where my duty was to supervise the French /English teaching team as well as coaching those language instructors in the development of their teaching skills.

My teaching method is rooted in active participation, giving the learner the opportunity to make constant use of the target language thus promoting oral and written communication; creating games to enrich vocabulary ; teaching the target language alongside its culture to keep the learner ‘s interest high; encouraging debates on current events in society to help student think in the target language; foster the environment for story writing and storytelling .
