About Tristan
French seems like a hard language to learn, but I promise that it's really not! I've spent my career demystifying and untangling the intricacies of the language from the perspective of an English speaker. Since 2009, French has been at the center of my career and interests. I've been teaching French since 2016 in both formal classroom settings and as a private tutor. In 2023, I won the Micheline Dufau Award for Excellent Teaching of French by a Graduate Student from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
