About Cosette
French (and language-learning in general) is one of my passions! I have a French and francophone studies diploma from Lawrence University (WI, USA), and have studied and worked in French both in France and Montreal. I was also a French tutor at my university. I really enjoy watching students have "ah-ha!" moments when they understand something that did not make sense for them before our sessions. Everyone has the capacity to improve their French; it's a matter of perseverance and encouraging guidance!

Each student has their own strengths and challenges when it comes to learning French based on their own native language(s) and previous experiences in language-learning environments. My goal is to guide students in improving their speaking, listening, reading, and/or writing skills through a variety of individualized exercises (listening, role playing, dictations, grammar exercises, etc.) in a fun, engaging way.
