About Alexander
I am a Modern Languages and Cultures student at Durham University and I am in my second year of studies. I have always had a passion for languages, particularly French and Spanish. I have an ambition to teach because if someone is as passionate as me about the subject, I would be more than happy to help their skillset grow and mature, using my own experiences both in the classroom and abroad to help them. Tutoring languages would also give me the chance to gain experience in teaching, but could also prove beneficial in my own studies.

I have previously tutored French at a KS3 level but at a preferred KS4 level, I strive to improve upon the biggest pillars in language learning: listening, reading, writing and speaking. I believe that in lessons, I can offer a lot of advice based off of previous experiences at GCSE and A-Level, as well as using my current techniques at degree-level. I will teach the best ways to approach exams and the best ways to improve your language and listening capabilities without having to read through a textbook.
