About Luca
I am a 26 year old man who just moved to Galway from Grenoble (in France). I was born from an Irish mother and a french father and went to an international secondary school : we had English and French language and litterature classes. I know the basics to essays and french dissertations, to the differences in style between the two written languages.
I was trained to be a social worker and have worked in child protection for the last four years, in a structure aimed to bring family support to parents. I will be starting a job in a creche in September. I love to try inventive pedagogic strategies adapted to the people I teach and I want to adapt to the public's needs in my approaches.

I While tutoring, I focus mainly on experiencing a conversation and coming back on vocabulary/conjugation/accords when needed.
For written french, I have academic experience (schooling way) and knowledge of formal writing.
I have been an educator for the last four years and was doing tutoring for children before that. I have helped children and their parents (age 5 to 40) to learn french and support their teachings.I would work better in 1 hour and a half lessons, destined to teenagers and adults with basics. I can also be a plus besides french classes for children.
