About Emma
I have just finished my French and Politics undergraduate degree at CardiffUniversity. I properly started learning French at the age of 16 and not at 23 speak confidently at level C1. My love for language and travel means I now have a network of friends across France, my partner who lives in Toulouse and have had the opportunity to learn so much about french culture.
It’s important to me toknow what you want from the french language and your motivations so we can make sure you get the most out of our sessions.
As someone who has just finished university education and recently taken the DALF C1, I’m able to help you prepare for exams, help you improve your french language over summer and hopefully inspire you to keep going with French even when the going gets tough!

Following my year as a language assistant un a France teaching English, personalising my lessons to your needs is the most important. Be it you want to focus on vocabulary, grammar or just on a weekly basis practice speaking to get used to talking about all sorts of subjects and sounds more natural doing so.
Lengths of lessons can be anywhere from a quick 30 min conversation focus or grammar blast to an hour. Lessons are tailored from beginners to those studying to pass A level and get to B2 French. Equally if you’re someone that loves the language and wants to improve or maintain your level for fun, I’m here for you too.
