About Irene
I am a language teacher with experience working in language academies, specialised in conversation-based lessons. I am Belgian and Spanish, and therefore a native speaker of both Spanish and French, which allows me to work naturally and effectively with students from different linguistic backgrounds.
I am a cheerful and patient teacher who places strong emphasis on helping my students build confidence. I aim to create a supportive environment where you feel comfortable, safe, and encouraged to progress at your own pace.
If something is not clear, I have no problem explaining it as many times as needed or in different ways until it fully makes sense for you.
My lessons focus on real communication and are adapted to your level and goals, mainly for intermediate and advanced students who want to improve their fluency.

My teaching approach is based on guided conversation and practical language use, helping you build fluency and confidence from the very first lesson. We focus on real-life situations so you can start expressing yourself naturally and with ease.
Each class is adapted to your level and goals and typically includes conversation practice, natural correction of mistakes, and useful vocabulary building. At the end of each session, you will receive a summary with key expressions and vocabulary to help reinforce what we covered.
My main focus is communication rather than theory, ensuring that you actively speak and use the language in a natural way.
My lessons are designed for intermediate and advanced students who want to improve their speaking skills for personal, academic, or professional purposes.
