About Stephan
A passionate sixty-something with a lifelong career in hospitality management, I’ve always believed in mentoring the next generation and sharing the skills, knowledge, and life lessons I’ve gathered along the way. Born and raised in France, I left at 21 to spend two years in London before making New Zealand my home. Fully fluent in both French and English, I bring a practical, immersive, and well-rounded approach to teaching — helping you learn not just the language, but how to truly use it with confidence.
