About Damilola

With approximately more than 4 years experience in the field of teaching and learning the french language within and outside the 4 walls of the classroom, it all started when I worked as a Teacher Assistant after high school in my Alma Mata (the primary school I attended) and later volunteered to teach french to children in my community while studying french as a degree course, and then becoming a private french tutor afterwards.
I make my classes very interactive as much as possible, because learning is faster when communication is effective. I rely on various teaching methods to suit the needs of each of my students (both children and adults alike) of different levels as I evaluate them to understand their unique needs.

About the lesson

I am a French language tutor with a Bachelor of Arts degree in French which enables me to teach all aspects of the language from the oral and written to grammar, culture, literature, etc to fully impact the language in the learner from early years children to adults who wants to learn french as a first or second foreign language or who wants to have preparatory classes for theirLanguage Proficiency Exam in French

I make use of teaching aids (textbooks, workbooks, dictionary, CDs, etc) and materials which I also recommend to my students so that learning sessions can be hitch-free and the student can practice of what has been learnt during the sessions for better assimilation. During the sessions I teach, test with classroom assessments, give assignments and revise what has been taught to fully engagement the student.

As a tutor with good communication and listening skills which I have imbibed over the years, I am also skilled in teaching children of early years. My method of teaching is quite easy and I have a way of developing the interest of my students to learn the language. I also teach general subjects to early years, nursery and and lower primary school pupils.
