About Iris
I hold a Master’s Degree in French Linguistics and have spent 8 years helping students develop strong language skills. My interest in French began through a love of language, culture, and communication. Over time, teaching became a rewarding way to share that passion while helping learners achieve their goals.
I enjoy creating lessons that balance structure with encouragement. Every student learns differently, so I adapt explanations and activities to suit individual needs. Whether someone is preparing for travel, personal growth, or daily communication, I provide guidance that builds confidence step by step.
Outside teaching, I enjoy reading French literature, exploring cultural history, and following developments in modern French-speaking communities. These interests bring additional depth to my lessons. I strive to make learning French feel approachable, rewarding, and relevant to everyday life.

My French lessons focus on helping students communicate naturally and confidently in real-life situations. I teach grammar, listening comprehension, pronunciation, travel phrases, idiomatic expressions, and practical conversation skills through clear and structured lessons. Every concept is broken into manageable steps so learners can build a strong foundation without feeling overwhelmed. I aim to make French both useful and enjoyable from the very beginning.
I use diverse audio materials, speaking exercises, roleplays, and vocabulary activities to strengthen understanding. Students who are adapting to a new environment or learning for personal interest receive patient guidance and consistent support. Lessons include real-world examples that help learners understand how French is used outside textbooks. Regular feedback helps improve accuracy and confidence steadily.
My goal is to help students use French comfortably in everyday conversations. As learners progress, they become more confident expressing ideas, understanding native speakers, and responding naturally. Every lesson builds practical communication skills while keeping learning engaging, supportive, and motivating.
