About Juliane
I am a student in khâgne. I have been playing guitar for almost 10 years: I learned the guitar by playing in a group with other guitarists, and I played for almost 1 year in a group with drummer, bassist, singer (without public performances). I never learned music theory: my apprenticeship was a practical training, that is to say that I learned the chords, the rhythm etc while playing. I also learned a lot on my own, by watching videos or scores on the internet, or by trying to find the chords myself, by ear. I play acoustic guitar and electric guitar. I take both the "classic" pieces that every guitarist knows, with sometimes technical solos, like very recent pieces that I play with very basic chords and that I accompany with vocals. I have never given lessons before, but it is with pleasure that I will pass on my passion for music to my student.

To teach the guitar, I will follow roughly the same method as that thanks to which I was able to learn and progress myself, namely by the practical method: learning basic chords, rhythm etc by playing pieces of music. 'easy at first, then more and more technical. I attach great importance to making the student play what he likes, so that he enjoys playing, rather than seeing it as a chore. The student will therefore be able to learn chords, rhythms, harpeggios, solos, to read tablature, to develop his musical ear and, if he wishes, to sing with his instrument, to create his own compositions ...
