About Laika
As a francophone, I love spreading the language and culture. I practiced French for 4 years, throughout childhood and my high school education, and took detailed notes throughout, that I will share as your tutor! These lessons are for intermediate level and lower, especially for those taking classes in middle and high school. My typical lesson plan includes practice for reading, writing, and speaking, with the listening portion being an out of class assignment. I include PDF's for practice, tv/movie/book recommendations, and vocabulary sheets. I like to follow a unit by unit plan, which includes an overarching vocabulary theme (ex: food, vacation, work, school, etc.) and grammar tidbits per unit.
