About Mélissa

Bonjour, my name is Mélissa. I am French. I have been living abroad for four years. I have lived in Portugal, Australia, Spain, and Cyprus. I have a Master's degree in Law and a Master's degree in Teaching French as a Foreign Language, graduating with highest honors, and I am a TEFL certified English teacher. I am also a certified DELF examiner/marker, from levels A1 to B2. I have taught French in private and public schools abroad (from preschool to high school), as well as for language schools such as the Alliance Française. Currently, I teach French at a middle school in Cyprus, and I also give private lessons to both children and adults. I would like to give more and more private lessons because it is what I enjoy most about my job. I love being able to fully support someone's learning and to be able to follow their progress—nothing is more satisfying! I have experience with all levels, all ages and for all objectives, so I would be delighted to have you as a student!
And I know the Australian school curriculum very well since I worked for a year in Australia as a French teacher in two high schools, where I mainly taught Years 11 and 12 in preparation for the VCE exams.

About the lesson

The courses will be adapted according to your needs and your objectives: personalized courses! Since I have experience with all levels, all ages and for all objectives, I am able and happy to individualize all my lessons. I will listen to you and take all the time needed to help you as best as possible. We can work on both writing and speaking. My goal is your satisfaction that you will find in these courses. Practical advice will be given to you to go further. I look forward to having you as a student!
