About Miriam
I am a CELTA qualified teacher who wants to help you reach your language learning goals based on what you would be interested in, whether that be specific topics or skills such as speaking or listening that you would like to improve upon.
I have worked for 6 months in a language centre in Seville (contract cut short due to the pandemic) , a classroom assistant in Jaén, Spain and I have also given private classes.
Ultimately I want students to feel comfortable and show interest in improving their skills in the English language, as I am passionate about languages and hold an undergraduate degree in Hispanic studies from the University of Aberdeen.

I base my lessons on material relevant to the student using techniques acquired on the CELTA course from Cambridge, whether that be textbook work or conversational English, that is up to the student.
