About Caroline
With 6 years of ESL teaching experience, I have guided 150–200 high school and college students to develop strong English skills. I focus on helping students build confidence, communicate clearly, and apply English in real-life situations. My lessons combine grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and speaking exercises in an engaging and interactive way.
I encourage students to participate actively, ask questions, and practise consistently. Many of my students have improved their academic performance, fluency, and overall confidence in English. I strive to create a positive and motivating learning environment where students enjoy learning and achieve their goals.

I follow a student-centred methodology for ESL that emphasises creativity, accountability, and mentorship. I believe English learning should be fun, interactive, and practical. I use exercises like discussions, storytelling, and role-plays to help students think critically and communicate naturally.
As a mentor, I provide guidance, feedback, and support, helping students overcome challenges and achieve their learning goals. Accountability is important, so students track their progress and take responsibility for their development.
Critical thinking is a major part of my lessons. I guide students to analyse texts, form ideas, and express themselves clearly, which strengthens both language proficiency and reasoning skills.
Besides ESL, I also teach related subjects such as writing, grammar, reading comprehension, and vocabulary. Lessons are personalised, flexible, and tailored to each student’s needs.
I strive to create a supportive, interactive, and encouraging environment, where students feel confident to speak, make mistakes, and develop lifelong English skills.
