About 莉紗子

Hi, I'm Risako from Japan.

I'm currently working as a freelance designer and Japanese tutor. In the future, I'd also love to open my own select shop, sharing things made with care and the stories behind them.

I'm a curious person who enjoys learning about different people, cultures, and ways of thinking. I like having conversations and hearing about people's everyday lives.

I enjoy a slow-paced lifestyle, taking time to appreciate the little things, and of course, having a good cup of coffee.

I enjoy teaching Japanese because I get to connect with people through language and conversation. In my lessons, I'd like to create a relaxed space where we can talk naturally, learn at your own pace, and enjoy the process without worrying too much about making mistakes.

About the lesson

Hi everyone, I'm Risako from Japan.
I'm a native Japanese speaker and I teach Japanese on Preply. I have students from different countries, and I also teach business Japanese. When I lived in Australia, I also had the opportunity to teach Japanese to children.
I enjoy helping people learn Japanese in a fun and relaxed way!

What we can learn together:
Everyday conversation and natural Japanese
Grammar, vocabulary and reading
Japanese for travel
Business Japanese
Learning materials for beginners

We can focus on what you'd like to learn and find a way that works for you, whether you're learning Japanese for travel, work or just for fun.
I can communicate in everyday English, and I'd love to help you improve your Japanese at your own pace.
