About Joana

My name is Joana and I’m 18 years old. I’m a native Spanish speaker and a first-year student at the University of Limerick. I moved to Ireland last year and completed my Leaving Certificate in one year, achieving an H1 in Spanish. I offer personalized Spanish lessons for all ages and levels, tailored to each student’s goals and needs. My lessons are flexible, engaging, and supportive, perfect for improving conversation, grammar, or exam preparation, while helping you build confidence and enjoy learning Spanish.

About the lesson

Hola! I’m a native Spanish speaker and UL student offering personalized Spanish lessons for all ages and levels. As a friendly and patient tutor, I focus on creating lessons that are completely tailored to each student’s goals, needs, and interests. I understand that every learner is different — some want to improve conversation skills, while others need help with grammar, pronunciation, or exam preparation — so I adapt my teaching style and materials to suit each individual.

Lesson length and frequency are flexible, depending on what works best for you. I offer in-person classes in Limerick in a relaxed, fun, and supportive environment that helps you build confidence and truly enjoy learning Spanish.

I've already had a few classes with Joana because my mother is spanish and wants me to meet my spanish family. She said that you can tell that Joana is a native and that I've improved a lot since I started my lessons. She is calm and patient and knows how to explain the grammar very nicely.
