About Aimjira
Hello! My name is Aim and I am a native Thai speaker with professional experience working in international education.
As a native Thai speaker who understands both Thai culture and the needs of international learners, I enjoy helping expats learn practical Thai for everyday life. I also love sharing Thai culture through food and conversation, so students can experience the language in a fun and meaningful way.
My goal is to help students feel confident using Thai in real-life situations while enjoying the learning process.

My teaching approach focuses on practical communication and cultural immersion. I believe the best way to learn a language is through real-life situations, not just memorising vocabulary or grammar. My lessons are relaxed, supportive and adapted to each student’s goals so learners feel comfortable speaking and making mistakes while improving naturally.
For Thai language lessons, I focus on everyday conversation, pronunciation, and useful phrases that expats can immediately use in daily life such as ordering food, shopping, travelling, or talking with locals. I also introduce students to Thai culture so they understand how language and culture work together.
If students are interested in Thai cooking, lessons can also include learning authentic Thai recipes while practising Thai conversation. This makes learning fun and memorable, and students get to experience Thai culture in a practical way.
A typical lesson may include:
• warm-up conversation and review of previous material
• learning useful vocabulary and expressions
• guided conversation practice and pronunciation correction
• cultural insights or cooking practice depending on the lesson focus
• practical homework or speaking exercises to build confidence
My teaching style is patient, friendly and encouraging, and I tailor lessons to each student’s pace and interests.
